Here are the steps to install NETePay.
EMV Store and Forward fields on PSCS
Datacap’s EMV Store & Forward solution comes with 3 new parameters in PSCS. Here’s what each parameter means.
NAK Error from PIN Pad
NAK errors occur between the client (dsiEMVUS) and the PIN pad. A NAK error means the PIN pad negatively acknowledged a command from dsiEMVUS or dsiEMVUS did not understand the response returned from the PIN pad.
No *GO variable or DOWNLOAD NEEDED *GO FILE NOT FOUND
This message means the PIN pad does not have the XPI application loaded or is not configured properly to run the application.
Installing the Ingenico Driver
Prior to connecting an Ingenico device, the Ingenico driver will have to be installed on your PC. The driver is available for download here and is located under “Device Drivers” (Ingenico Telium 2 Line).

Terminal Based NETePays are moving from SQL Server to SQLite.
Unable To Acquire Generated Key: NOT ACTIVATED
This message is displayed when trying to automatically acquire a generated key when creating a stage file for TSYS indicating the account is not activated on TSYS end.
InitializeSecurityContextFailed – Status = -2146893018
This message appears when processing a transaction or when closing the batch
How to get NETePay log files
You may need to share NETePay log files with our tech support team to help troubleshoot errors. In order to access NETePay log files, you’ll need to open the file explorer on your computer or laptop and open the C drive. The file path is slightly different on 32 and 64 bit systems.
