NETePay Director Firewall Settings
If you are having issues using the new Datacap Director, you may need to create an inbound firewall rule for the Netepay director to allow ports 9000 & 9100 access. See below for instructions for creating an inbound firewall rule:

This message indicates one or more of the following factors relating to software or hardware license.
Error 03006 PRM Fail, PRM ERR, LDR Fail or LDR ERR
This error is displayed because the unit/software wasn’t able to make a socket connection for an unknown reason.
