If returned when attempting to add a tip

• 1. Verify with processor batch had not been automatically closed prior to adding tip
  2. Values returned in response from initial transaction were not included in follow up adjust request to locate transaction to add tip

To verify this, provide NETePay log with date this occurred to Datacap tech support to review request and response for initial sale and follow up adjust

If returned in response when adding a zero tip amount

An AdjustByRecordNo should not be sent if the initial authorized amount has not changed.  TSYS actively prevents this by declining the transaction.

If returned when attempting to void a previous transaction
