Here’s how to access NETePay’s log files:
Open the file explorer on your computer or laptop and open the C drive.
On 64 bit Systems:
Use the following file paths to find NETePay log files on 64 bit systems:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Datacap Systems\NETePay\DATACAP_LOGS (classic install)
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Datacap Systems\NETePay\DIRECTOR\Applications\a\DATACAP_LOGS (Director install)
On 32 bit Systems:
Use the following file paths to find NETePay log files on 32 bit systems:
- C:\Program Files\Datacap Systems\NETePay\DATACAP_LOGS (classic install)
- C:\Program Files\Datacap Systems\NETePay\DIRECTOR\Applications\a\DATACAP_LOGS (Director install)
