This version now supports the restaurant merchant category. When the merchant category is set to “restaurant”, NETePay sends “Industry Data” that includes the gratuity amount and a server ID. The server ID is the value sent in the OperatorID field on a transaction request. The gratuity amount is always included in the overall transaction amount.
Chase does not support TIP adjust. PreAuth and PreAuthCapture are supported similar to First Data Rapid Connect for restaurant. This version provides no changes to the integration. The only change is to the host request message when the merchant category is set to restaurant.
