NETePay Global Host EMV - NDH

Please follow the steps below to complete your installation of NETePay Global Host EMV – NDH

Step 1

Install Client Control

In order to communicate with this NETePay, your POS may use one of the following ActiveX controls depending on the integration method chosen by the POS developer. If you are unsure of which to install please contact POS technical support.

dsiEMVUS® 1.78

Release date: 06/13/2024

Datacap’s out-of-scope ActiveX control for NETePay supporting a variety of EMV-enabled hardware options.

For information on supported devices please see our Compatible devices page.

Release notes for v1.78

  1. During an EMVParamDownload, the PinPadMfgSerialNo is now sent to the NETePay / Bridge.  Previously, only PinPadSerialNo was sent.  PIN pads loaded in distribution are tracked via the PinPadMfgSerialNo.  This value is sent to PSCS by the in-store NETePay/Bridge to register the PIN pad.  The logic to register a PIN pad with PSCS is in the NETePay Bridge version 5.08.52.

  2. A new request field is supported for Hosted to allow an ISV to provide a specific tax amount if the card is surchargeable. The XML tag <TaxIfSurchargeable> is now passed through dsiEMVUS if included in a payment request. The amount sent in <Tax> to the MM NETePay depends if a card is surchargeable. If a card is surchargeable and a non-zero surcharge amount is included, then the Logic Engine will use the <TaxIfSurchargeable> for <Tax> rather than the value sent in <Tax>.
