“Transaction Not Complete – At Least One Specified Reader is Disabled” is an error specific to Ingenico’s TETRA line (Move/5000, Link/2500, Lane/3000, Lane/5000, Lane/7000 and Lane/8000) of PIN pads. This error is returned when a payment request is rejected by the PIN pad because one of the specified readers is disabled.

Resolution:

Perform an EMVParamDownload (initiated from the Point of Sale or via our EMVClient Test app).
