Ingenico iSC Touch 480 – Mac Address

What do I need to set-up the iSC Touch 480?

  • Ingenico iSC Touch 480
  • iSC Touch 480 power supply
  • iSC Touch 480 Ethernet cable
  • TranCloud Unit
  • TranCloud power supply

1.)  Connect iSC Touch 480 Ethernet cable to the back of the Ingenico iSC Touch 480 and into one of the LAN ports on your internet router.

2.)  Connect iSC TOuch 480 power supply to 120V power outlet and to the back of the iSC TOuch 480 Ethernet cable.

Note: iSC480 will turn on once it’s connected to power.

 

3.)  Once the iSC480 loads the “splash” screen, quickly press 2-6-3-4, enter key, followed by the “F” key.

4.)  Use the included stylus to scroll down and select “TDA”.

5.)  For the remaining steps, you’ll need to use the F/# keys to scroll up and down. Select “Configuration” and press the enter key, “Communication” and press the enter key, and “Select Comm. Type” and press the enter key.  Choose “Ethernet” and press the green enter key.  Press the red cancel key to return to the previous screen.

6.)  Scroll down to “Ethernet settings” and press the enter key.  Scroll down to “DHCP”. press the enter key.  Select “Auto”. Press the enter key. Be sure to press the enter key after changing any settings.

Scroll through the “Ethernet settings” options to confirm the following settings:

  • “Connection Method” is set to “Server”
  • “IP Port” is set to “12000”
  • “-SSL” is set to “No” 

 

7.)  Press the red cancel key three times.  Press the “1” key (Yes) at the “Save and Reboot” screen. The iSC480 will then reboot.

 The iSC250 will reboot with the settings for Ethernet connection after you select

 

8.)  Connect TranCloud unit to 120V power outlet using included TranCloud power supply. 

Note:  After powering TranCloud unit, allow the Tran one minute to scan for MAC Address.
